Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we offer a 14-day exchange only policy. Please email us within 14 days with exchange requests.
To be eligible for exchange, your item must be received unworn, unused, have tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin an exchange, email us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and return instructions for your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and be sure to correct it.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged including special or custom orders and personalized items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on gift cards.
